Problem creating a membership wiki page

What approach is advised to get past this message when trying to create a ubuntu wiki?

It works for me using your first link, after I log in. See screenshot:

And I get a message telling me not to edit your page for another seven minutes as cariboo907 is currently editing your page.

But if I wanted to make that edit I'm sure I would be able to. :confused:
