NO *default* editor work with Nautilus "Open" command....only non-default "Open With"
I've tried right clicking on file and changing default editor to lots of choices.
I've tried adding stuff the desktop files and defaults.list.
Still no luck.
How debug?
(I'm on 12.04.)
