Hi all,
I would really appreciate some help with my PC booting into Linux.
I have an Acer Aspire T160, 64 bit and made around 2006 I think.
I have tried the 32 and 64 bit versions of Ubuntu, Lubunt, Syabyon, Mint, etc. but all fail to boot and give me 'NOT A SYSTEM DISK...' error when booting up (I have checked an BIOS is booting to the right disk). They all seem to install fine. I've tried Grub2 and boot-repair, both seem to say they've fixed the problem but do nothing. The system originally came with Win XP, which is stored on a separate HDD (unplugged as not to stop that working also).
My last two boot-repair logs are as follows:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/5947218/
http://paste.ubuntu.com/5947274/
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated.
