Waiting for jockey-backend to exit

Hi. I'm new to ubuntu. I install ubuntu 12.04.
But when i try to upgeade or install something, nothing happened and it says waiting for jockey-backend to exit.
So i don't know what is this? and how i can exit jockey-backend?

Did you install proprietary graphics drivers from additional drivers ?

With the same problem, I have not any type of graphics installed additionally.
