Hi everyone I am having issues on a fresh install of 13.04
When setting the mouse cursor size if you set it though the control panel when logging out it reverts back to default
Also when setting mouse to double click it was defaulted to single click it reverts back to single everytime. I had to do it 3 or 4 times for it to stay.
When dragging icons out of launcher to folder for plasma... it always OPENS the program instead of making a copy but pulling sideway to the right will sometimes let you copy but the rest it will just open the program. if you drag up it launches the program before you make it to the folder :(

btw.. I have always used 64 big UBUNT, KUBUNT, ETC... could that be my problem?
I have 4 gigs of ram?
