I have just installed the Liquorix (http://liquorix.net/) kernel to have BFQ Scheduler support (which IMHO should be included in Ubuntu).

Since it is kernel 3.9.9 version, somethings differ, but almost everything seems to work better and fine.

However, I found a problem during installation regarding iwlwifi:
Package configuration

│ reconfigure the package manager to include the contrib and non-free │

I tried installing it using their firmware-iwlwifi source, but I got no luck:

sudo apt-get install firmware-iwlwifi

Any idea of how to solve this firmware installation?

Thanks!!!

you might need to download & install them manually
