I can not go back to old fast and easy Gnome.
How I can remove the packages shown on the attached image?

Just click Install Anyway and the installer will remove those packages as it installs the Gnome desktop. The message is warning you of what will happen if you continue with the installation. It is giving you the opportunity to cancel.

Actually you don't need to install the entire 'gnome-desktop-environment'. Just installing 'gnome-panel' will pull in the dependencies needed to use the "fallback-session".
