Unity global menu in Nautilus

Apparently the setting to disable global menu bar integration in Nautilus has vanished or been hidden like it was in FireFox. I've removed all the appmenu* progs that used to get rid of the bar globally, but Nautilus seems to use it no matter what. Anybody know how to turn it off?

If you are using 13.04 the patch at the link may help get some features back. http://www.webupd8.org/2013/04/get-nautilus-34-features-back-in-ubuntu.html Nautilus 3.6.3 displays the application menu in Gnome, but not in Unity and see nothing in the settings.
