Problems booting installation CD (p.2)

I posted a similar thread before (hence the "p.2" in the title). I tried to explain my problems with booting from a CD with Xubuntu, or any Linux distribution actually.

What could this issue be? I've heard something about boot options, but I'm sure I tried every possible boot option.

UPDATE: This issue is resolved. I didn't notice there already was a thread about this issue, and guess what? There was a similar solution: I had to swtich from sata 6GBps to sata 3GBps.
