I have a peculiar problem. On startup there is a notification that 'Ubuntu encountered a problem'. Then it asks me whether I want to send an error report; and irrespective of my response, it keeps on opening new tabs in my browser forever (blank ones). Once it also said that it could not send the error reports and a few packages were obsolete. I upgraded those softwares but it did not help.
I am on Ubuntu 13.04 and am using gnome shell.
