Greetings,
This is my first time posting here so I'm sorry if i break any rules regarding the same :)
This all began a few days ago. My dual-boot laptop with Ubuntu 12.04 and Winodws 7 was running fine, i was doing regular work on it, when i suddenly saw to my horror that i hardly had any free space on my C: drive. (p.s, i was using Windows 7.). So i decided to resize it and give it some more space. I used Easeus Partition manager, selected the C:drive and resized it to the amount i wanted(around 5GB). I was supposed to restart my laptop, and i did. And that's when it all went haywire. The laptop just refused to go to GRUB, rebooting endlessly on it's own. I was in a dilemma; this had not happened before! So i used Linux Mint to recover GRUB with Boot-repair. Well, it worked, but only to an extent. I could only boot into my Ubuntu installation. The windows boot option was not even visible. I could only boot into Ubuntu. I tried using Boot-repair again, purging GRUB and re-installing it, but nothing worked, which has led me to ask for help here. Could anyone tell me what is going on, and whether it can be fixed? :(
