Which one is the latest 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab?

I'd like to get a 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab, and I want to get the latest/current model. Amazon's #1 item in their Electronics/Computer section is

I noticed some differences in the specs. For example, Samsung's page says Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Amazon says 4.1 Jelly Belly

Questions:
1. Which is newer?
2. Which is better/faster/stronger?
3. Why doesn't Amazon have the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus?
4. If money wasn't a factor, which 7-inch Tab would you choose? Why?


According to http://www.theverge.com/products/compare/5147/2630/1606/2506/3767/5225, Tab 2 (the amazon item) is newer. But the Tab 2 seems to have a worse front camera (0.3 megapixel vs 7.0 Plus's 2 MP)

You linked to a " Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 P3200", which, according to the link, was announced in April 2013 and expected to be released in June 2013. It is now June 2013. Has it already been released?

I own samsung Galaxy P1000 and use it as a telephone (look like a idiot when answer a call lol)
but I love it, all in one computer telephone GPS camera with flash.
I am planing to get Galaxy 8 in july.

Well Galaxy P1000 is 7" and I own this tablet in 2 years, now I need more speed,
Galaxy Note 8 is what I want now, it also has a pen.
So I would say Galaxy Note 8 rather then 7"
