low battery sound notification

as the title says i'm running ubuntu 13.04 when battery is low i only get notification for that , but i want it also to play sound how can i do than ?
i searched the forum but got a custom script or a very old posts 2007 .

i suppose you might find such option inside either System Settings or dconf
