13.04 Connected to Wifi, not connecting to web pages?

Toshiba Satellite C855 - Linux Ubuntu 13.04

My laptop and iPad are connected to the same router, but my laptop will not access web pages.

It's a fresh 13.04 install, no idea what's wrong. Any ideas?
