Hey everyone, long time, no hear. I just wanted to ask a few questions about Ubuntu touch. See I've an android 4.0 tablet name and brand are in the title of the post. If you must have more info on it you can see all that you need to know on http://cobyusa.com/?p=prod&prod_num_id=10674&pcat_id=3001. This tablet is not a rooted android official tablet, hence why I'm thinking about flashing Ubuntu touch on to it. Most important question can Ubuntu even support this device and run smoothly? Second is, where is the best tutorial for flashing touch on to a tablet?

At the moment the only officially supported devices are the Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus 4/7/10.

The community has already ported it to some other devices, you can find a list here...
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Devices

If your device isn't on the list (it isn't) then there is currently no way to install Ubuntu Touch on it.

It's very unlikely that Ubuntu Touch will ever be ported to your device as it doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements.
