View Full Version : [ubuntu] No keyboard and mouse on USB Live 12.04

Hi,

I'm encountering a problem when I try to use my Live USB of Ubuntu 12.04 on my system. Keyboard and mouse are working fine in BIOS but stop working as soon as Ubuntu Live is launched. Any idea on how to fix this problem?

...seems like an old issue, concerning irq allocation...try swapping your usb connection,,,interchange where your mouse and keyboard are plugged.

I tried to change where the USB Mouse and Keyboard is plugged but no success. Still not working...

...saw from some threads bout usb ports not working even after installing 12.04...but i did'nt encounter the issue on my live usb boot and installation afterwards...on both 32 and
64 versions, hence it might be a hardware/driver issue. am not so sure, if the image's integrity downloaded from the internet one is using would cause issues like this.
