Split my Desktop into 4 sections with snap to windows??

Hello people,

I'm trying to find a way to split my desktop into 4 areas where I can just drag and drop an application to it and it'll snap itself inside the section. I'm running a dual screen setup and I'd like to try and keep one of the monitors regular, but the other one I'd like to split into 4 or I can switch both monitors into 4 as long as I can go full screen on any of the four sections I choose. I hope I didn't completely make that confusing.

The grid plugin for compiz allows you to set corners for this or
use the keyboard shorcuts for varying sizes.
