looking for bulk FOLDER renamer

Hi,
I am looking for a way to bulk / mass rename FOLDERS (not files, there are plenty of great options there).

I am replacing the windows utility Bulk Rename Utility www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/

I prefer GUI apps but if there is a workable CLI option please let me know.

thanks for the suggestion. gprename for some odd reason will not read my external drives.

I found pyrenamer which is good but the windows utility is just so much better, but until another one comes along for linux, I will use it.
