I believe that ppa is for the the Classic DE and not the shell. In Classic, use Alt + Right Click or Super +Alt + Right Click on the panels to add items. Modifications to the shell which has no right click add to panel option are done with extensions. https://extensions.gnome.org/

Classic on the left and the Shell on the right.

Thanks buddy

I`m not an amateur GNU/Linus user (at least not that amateur)
I have just used ubuntu till now but i know what is the differences between Classic gnome and gnome 3.x

I have installed gnome-shell on ubuntu 13.04 not gnome classic desktop
i found that PPA on the internet and have no idea what gnome does it belong to
i explored all https://extensions.gnome.org/ but did not find any extention to do it (integration) for me

I followed some instruction to get my gnome-shell like unity (integrating top panel and window titlebar but none works)

The only thing i need is how to integrates top panel and window titlebar and of course window buttons?

I posted pictures because there is confusion sometimes and when I checked the window applets ppa you posted I found that it was for classic.
http://www.webupd8.org/2012/02/window-applets-finally-available-for.html

There was a webpd8 global menu extension ppa for the gnome shell, but it looks like it was not maintained after Ubuntu 11.10 .

Thanks
I`ll keep using unity until fedora 19 final is released
So there is no need to bothering anymore
