Move workspaces on Multiple monitors seperately

Hey,
I'm using a 32b 12.04 LTS on a Dell Inspiron N5010.

I am using 2 monitors, and whenever i switch workspaces, it happens for BOTH monitors.
i.e. if I am on the upper-left workspace when the system boots, and I switch to the one on the right, both monitors switch to the workspace on the right.

I would like to have independent switching of workspaces on each monitor.

Could anyone please help me out?
