Is there a way to put the Ubuntu Button back in the top panel?

Hi there, dear forumers :).

I switched back to Ubuntu after 3 years of absence. I liked very much the behavior of the Unity Launcher in the Natty days (the launcher was embedded in the top panel). I wonder if there's a PPA or some kind of extension that moves the Ubuntu button back to the top panel.

So far, I've googled about the matter but found only deprecated packages.

There is no such PPA AFIK . If you can't find anything current @ OMG Ubuntu or Webupd8 there is probably nothing available.

You're right. No current packages. I guess no one is interested in doing such change.

Anyway. I enjoy unity a lot as it is now.
