Hello
I use Ubuntu Gnome 13.04 64 bits with Gnome Team ppa.

I cant find my program using the Gnome-shell search field.

For example...
If I search for "Firefox", no result...
If I search for "Transmission", no result...

Any solution?

There is some information on Gnome 3.8 in the Ubuntu + 1 sub-forum . As written by another forum member " there is a reason Gnome 3.8 didn't make it into 13.04". I had two less than spectacular tries with 3.8 and am using 3.6 again, Resting the shell may help. Alt +F2
