13.04 upgrade and dual-boot win 7

Is it safe to proceed to a 13.04 over 12.10 upgrade of ubuntu on a dual-boot / win 7 machine?

Hi, well I think it a personal choice, for example I have had 12.04 LTS since December with a dual boot with Windows 7, on my work laptop
I would suggest more 12.04 its very stable, has great features and I havent had any problems with it and you know that you will be using a version that is supported for the next 4 years
but its up to you :))
and I think it is perfectly safe to upgrade, but if you have files you should always back them up before just fo be safe !!
