Im in eclipse preferences box and the update or install tools box appears for the SDK to start a new project in android.Ii've been at this for a while today and im confused a little bit about what im doing wrong, or missed steps in the download process.I've looked in the tools folder to locate the android .bat file but i didn't see it.Ii think i did the path variables correct but when i open the sdk manager i get failed to execute tools/android.bat:error the system cannot find the file specified. I hope this works in detail and help me get on the right track. thank You
