View Full Version : [ubuntu] How to use SSD to fast boot on ubuntu 13.04

Hello peoples, i just bought an HP envy 6 and got out windos 8, so.. now i want to use fast
boot just like i used on windows 8. Somebody knows how to do it , or have a link to a tutorial ?

Is this then an UltraBook. Many of the issues are common regardless of brand.
Are you installing in UEFI or BIOS mode. Dual boot or just Ubuntu.
You cannot use SSD for both Windows & Ubuntu (I think but maybe some with larger SSD, do not seem to use all of it.).
