Hello!

So I just re-installed ubuntu 13.04, and thought I'd give Kubuntu a try. After installing KDE plasma dekstop and playing around a bit, I realized I prefet Unity, but trying to log into the default unbuntu desktop doesn't work. All I see is the wallpaper, and nothing else (thought I can still use the terminal). I'm now using gnome fallback, but would like to get back to unity, I figure maybe unistalling Kubuntu would fix it (when I see the dual boot screne at first, it says Kubuntu 13.04, and when I shut down it still says Kubuntu), so I followed these instructions: http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/pureubuntu . And it does nothing. The KDE desktop is still there and working, and I still can't get into Unity. Here is what I get when I follow the previous link's instructions:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package 'plasma-widget-telepathy-presence' is not installed, so not removed

Thanks for any help. Also know I'm not super ubuntu savyy, so I need pretty detailed instructions, thanks.
