Update manager notified me with a little red triangle in the Unity bar that i needed to run update manager and install new updates. When i do this i am left with the error "Failed to Download Repository Information". Under the details tab the code says.

W:Failed to fetch cdrom://Ubuntu 12.04 LTS _Precise Pangolin_ - Release amd64 (20120425)/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages Please use apt-cdrom to make this CD-ROM recognized by APT. apt-get update cannot be used to add new CD-ROMs

, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Any help is appreciated.

Much thanks

There's no precise support in that PPA, only the newer versions quantal, raring, and saucy, so I'd remove it from your software sources.
