I am back at 13.10 Testing even though my PH (Personal Hotspot) is turned off until May 25th. I recently discovered that my new Samsung Galaxy S4 can download .ISO files directly to the Phone itself! This is something that I was previously unable to do with my Older Apple IPhone 5! :-)
