unable to mount my internal hdd

Hi,
Recently, i have upgraded ubuntu 12.10 to 13.04 then i have problem with unable to mount my internal hdd which have 4 partition only ubuntu installed partion is able to open another partition can't so any help plz. i have post the image when i try to open the hdd.

if you dual boot, boot into Windows and do a file system check. Some times just booting windows will run that check for you if it finds any errors.
