I have tried to use my mobile dongle/stick after installing Ubuntu.
It wont let me connect to the web.
Keeps asking for a password and shows me as being disconnected.
It has not ask to installed the software for the dongle/stick.

How do I install the software for it?

Never had this problem with Windows.

To get help, you need to provide some details. Brand and model of the dongle? Carrier? Those are also useful items to plug into Google, along with the word "ubuntu."

Dongle is a HUAWEI and I am with o2.

Brand and MODEL? So you're in the UK? How about output from the command lsusb?
