I have been running cinnamon for a while and when i upgraded to ubuntu 13.04 I started having panel issues. I have uninstalled cinnamon and re installed several times. I eventually got it back by installing nemo again but i could not install any new applets. I tried installing the gnome menus from the instructions on the site and they never showed and i logged out and back in all i got was a wall paper and no panels. I can pull up the command prompt but it does not have a boarder. After a while the crash alert will come up but cinnamon will never come back and the crash alert comes up. Any help would be much appreciated.
