I reported about the problem of the touchpad settings in ubuntu 13.04 not locking in when you make a change in the settings (example: lowering the pointer speed, it will go right back to default when you close the window)...so, anyone else noticing this bug, i'd greatly appreciate it if you would add yourself to my report...the more, the merrier as i'd like to get them to give a bit more priority to it....I reported quite some time ago when i noticed while running the development version of 13.04, and it was not fixed as of the final release...I'm actually a bit surprised that THEY (the developers) didn't notice it, as it is a pretty obvious one...

Thanks in advance :)

Sigh.

Remember, people, to use the "Affects me too" link on the bug page, and to subscribe to the bug.

DO NOT leave "me too" comments. They do not make the bug more likely to get fixed. Instead, such comments simply spam everyone subscribed, and make useful information harder to find for the Triager or Developer working the bug.

@Cheesehead...thanks for posting that...very good suggestions there...i hope at least some will take the time to at least add "affects me too" link there on the bug page...
in the development section of the forum, many others mentioned they have it too, so i am sure it's a general bug on 13.04 that affects everyone...
