After Update to 13.04 Cursors freez on splash screen

After the update from 12.10 to 13.04 the cursor freezes on the splash screen.

I can start in safe graphic mode, but here are no status bar on the top and no program bar at the left.

So i can't run any programs unless using the terminal (Alt+Ctrl+F1).

It's a ACER VERITON Intel Core i3-2100, Intel Sandybridge Desktop Graphics, OS 32 bit, RAM 2 GB.
