[SOLVED] Suspend not working Ubuntu 13.04

Since I did the fresh install of 13.04 , the suspend has stopped working. It was working fine in 12.10 and there was no issue at all. I tried the custom script even and worked for like once or twice and then stopped working. It is really effecting my work I have to shutdown my laptop everytime I want to close the lid.:(

I was finally able to resolve my issue by upgrading my kernel from default to 3.9 (default is 3.8). Please for those who are having issues, kindly following the link below. Good luck.
