Hello,
I am facing issue with running ubuntu 13.04 via Oracle Virtual Box 4.2.10.
The steps i have followed are:
1- I've downloaded the Oracle VM.
2- I've downloaded Universal USB Installer 1.9.3.3
3- I've downloaded Ubuntu 13.04 desktop/64
4- I run the USB Installer, and installed the Ubuntu into the USB flash.
5- I've downloaded the Extension Pack.
6- I set up the following: Oracle VM, and the Extension pack.
7- I opened the Oracle VB to start running my Ubuntu, but i received the following error:
VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration has been enabled, but is not operational. Your 64-bit guest will fail to detect a 64-bit CPU and will not be able to boot.
Please ensure that you have enabled VT-x/AMD-V properly in the BIOS of your host computer.
P.S: I already edited the USB, by adding 1 in active status.
Kindly advice
