I installed the latest release of Lubunto 13.04 on my Toshiba Satellite A135-S4427 laptop. During the test, I wrote down all the errors that I received. Here is what I had at the end of the test:
First test, usb audio, and second test, system audio, failed to produce any tone. Confirmed after test that sound was working via a youtube video.
gst_pipeline_test failed to run/open
Attempted to check audio settings via Gnome Alsa Mixer. Resulted in another error
failed to open gnome-alsamixer
WIFI test #138 of Checkbox-GTK failed twice after testing for connection after system suspend. Result:
usr/bin/nmcli SIGSEGV in g_ptr_array_foreach failed to run/open.
One other bug that I am now getting, that I have never had before, is that CPUFreq is experiencing an "Failed to Start" at system startup. But I have confirmed that it is still running.
I will be checking for bug reports to see if these have already been submitted.
Anyone else seeing any issues in the Lubuntu 13.04 release on laptops?
