Failed Install with UEFI motherboard

I do not see anything wrong. What errors are you getting?

With only one system installed you will not get a grub menu, unless you hold shift key from BIOS boot until menu appears.
If you do get grub menu then it is not a boot issue, but may be video or you need boot parameters added.

This problem has been solved by installing Ubuntu 13.04. 12.04 did not work with this motherboard due to the UEFI issues.

13.04 will not be out for 10 days and 13.10 is 6 months in the future.
