Where can I find a desklett thats shows the works

I'm looking for one that shows cpu all 4 cores, my GPU temps, packet action up and downloads speed, maybe processes, etc. Or something similar I can't even think of a name to call it to search for it...

you can download CONKY, which in the repositories or software center, but you would have to find a .conkyrc template or make one of your own. I believe there is a massive "post your conky" thread already in the sub forum
