Unity freaking out after updates (12.04 LTS)

The Update Manager had a slew of updates for me this morning, which prompted me to restart my machine. Now, when I log in, My Unity launcher bar has moved to my secondary monitor, changed colors from the default red to blue, and all new windows appear stretched out visually, but are only interactive on the right half of the screen. In short, things are pretty messed up and I have no idea how they got this way. I'd love to revert whatever updates the Update manager applied to my system, but I've read that this isn't easy to do. Can anyone give me some tips on how to troubleshoot this?

In the top right corner menu there is an item called "Displays", have you tried looking in there to see if the resolution is wrong or something? You should be able to do that for each individual monitor.
