I've taken backup of softwares from my previous installation via the dpkg-repack. All the packages are stored in a folder. I want to install some specific packages from it but don't know the dependencies. All the dependencies are also backed up. I want to know if there is any command/tool which will automatically search the dependencies in the given folder and install the packages ( I'm relectant to use the dpkg -i *.deb as i do not want to install all the packages ).
