Squid3 proxy Timed out at some but not all sites

I have a strange problem with my a squid3 proxy running on a vps. The vps is in Germany. When I use it to connect to some Japanese or Chinese sites, it is perfectly okay. But it gets connection timed out with google. I cannot use it to connect to mirc servers as well. Bit torrent is running okay. The behaviour is very strange. Can anyone help me to spot the problem?

I only add password and the anonymous setting to my squid config file.
