Is it possible to customize windows snapping

I recently installed Raring with Xfce and am slowly getting used to it because I previously used the old Maverick (10.10 - Gnome). I took an instant liking to the window snapping features but it really irritates me that when I drag a window to the top of the screen it stretches on half of the screen (as shown in the attachment).

Is it possible to snap the windows to full screen when dragged to the top of the screen?

Currently, its not possible. There is a feature request to add this functionality here (https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9927).
