I feel like an idiot for asking but, I remember hearing about (and looking at) some time ago an NAS-like device that was designed to allow you to use half it's storage space to store your files, and the other half to contain "striped" backups of other people's units over the internet. But I can't seem to remember the name or find it online (I could have sworn it was the Drobo). I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!
