Installing via Windows 8

I have just purchased a computer with Windows 8 installed. I cannot access the BIOS to boot from an Ubuntu installation CD. Any ideas? Thanks.

have you some doc with that new hardware ? usually to enter the bios, hiting F2 or Del or ... do the job. If you cant find the doc (paper/online) then call the seller.

with most of the bios, while booting, at the very beginning, you get a verbose bios comment that says how to enter the bios.
