Hi all,
Is it possible to add Pidgin to the notifications area in the task bar using Gnome 3.6 using 12.10/13.04?
It could either be used to replace, or work along side of Empathy.
If so, how could I achieve this?
Thanks in advance...

Not happy with any of those resulting from a search on "pidgin" on extensions.gnome.org?

I found this but you would have to see if it up to date or if you like it.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for gnome 3.6

There is only one option that works with gnome 3.6, and I have that installed already. I was more wanting something to take over from Empathy using my user icon (top right of screen), as I've removed Empathy and now the notification stands idle.
