Hi, can anyone please upload or give me a link to download *ONLY* the 'initrd.lz' file of ubuntu 12.10. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for this thread.
I downloaded the latest version of ubuntu (12.10) and about halfway of download it stopped with an error. However, I could resume and complete it.
But now when I try to install the live image on USB drive or wubi, it gave an error that initrd.lz is corrupt.
Everything else within the image is fine, I guess, 'cause I tried replacing initrd.lz from casper folder of 12.10 with that of 12.04, and it installed fine (but had many errors while booting and couldn't boot).
My internet connection is very slow and its difficult and frustrating to download it all over again. So please help me :(
