So, I've got a problem where programs will hang when I try to save/open/upload a file. E.g. when I want to save anything with Opera, when I want to upload something with Opera, when I want to save a screenshot with ksnapshot, when I want to open or save anything with LibreOffice, the program will hang/stop responding as soon as the save file / open file / upload file dialogue pops up.
That's happening for a while now, and I couldn't have missed that this only happens in programs that use Dolphin for their dialogues. (Opera, Ksnapshot, LibreOffice — those dialogues have interface that's suspiciouly similar to Dolphin). However, programs that don't use Dolphin for these dialogues (Firefox, GIMP) don't crash when I want to open, upload or save a file.
Using Kubuntu 12.10, KDE, totally up to date. I'm also getting upgrades from backport PPA.
