So I have a 2008ish intel macbook that I would like to install linux to *as the only os* (ubuntu or whatever it really doesnt matter to much). In the past I installed debian wheezy with uefi and grub booted it to a blank screen. I installed with legacy mode MBR and it did not even boot at all. Does anybody know of the best way of going at this is?
