I had installed Ubuntu 12.04 in a machine using wubi, there is no separate partition for ubuntu as such and things were installed within a folder in windows,I want to know is it possible to increase the size of ubuntu which was installed in this way,
the current size of install (i.e. root.disk) is 10 GB and I would like to make it increase to 30 GB,

Agostino: Wubi actually wasn’t designed to do long-term installations. The main aim was really to let people try out Ubuntu with confidence. Normally, users that start with Wubi tend to upgrade to a full installation to a dedicated partition at the next release cycle. HOWTO: migrate wubi install to partition - bcbc

I know but I use laptop which are shared with my family and I am not allowed to make any changes in Windows partition for my non sense linux work so Wubi is only way for me to work.
