Where can I find a recent manual for installing and using Mono 2.10 on my Ubuntu Server 12.04?

How do I display cshtml files? (Razor / ASP.NET MVC.) I would like to put my WebMatrix projects on my VPS using Mono, does anybody have experience with this?

Is there a new book about Mono? I only found books about Mono dating back to 2005 and before.

A pdf would help.

mono is now more or less on the back burner

if you need to run ASP .NET your stuck to buy a license for Windows Server, the web server is the cheapest DVD
